Blog: The Secret to living in Ease

Life isn’t just about the highs, the wins, and the light-filled moments. It’s also about the pauses, the endings, and the spaces in between. Lately, I’ve been reminded—quite powerfully—that expansion and contraction are both part of the rhythm of life.


In my latest blog post, I share a deeply personal experience that brought this lesson home, along with how we’re exploring this theme in our Dru Yoga classes this month. What if, instead of resisting the tough moments, we welcomed them as part of the dance?
