Welcome to our last Autumn Class, beautiful soul. After softening through Non-Judgment and relaxing our Non-Resistance, May invites us into the ultimate act of liberation: Non-Attachment. In this class, we shatter the myth that letting go means letting go of care; instead, we realise that while the bonds of pure love remain completely untouched, we are simply cutting away the heavy identity-clinging that causes us a lot of our stress. By filtering our practice through the lens of impermanence, we are awakened to the absolute preciousness of the now—learning to love intensely without taking a single breath for granted.

To anchor this shift into your nervous system, we blend structural strength and grace. We begin by strengthening and stretching our deep postural muscles to reclaim our sovereign alignment, followed by EBR 2 to flush stagnant emotional weight from the joints. Everything culminates in a deep, sacred preparation for Downward-Facing Dog, turning your perspective upside down so gravity can work with you to let whatever has been weighing down your shoulders slide right off your back and melt into the earth.
